By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Pretty Little Lash Supplies is operated by an Australian business and these Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Eligibility
By using our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are purchasing for legitimate personal or professional use. We sell to customers in Australia only unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
An order confirmation email does not guarantee stock availability. In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly with options.
Pricing & payment
- All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you complete your order
- We accept payment via Shopify Payments, Afterpay, Zip and other methods displayed at checkout
- Payment is processed securely — we do not store your full card details
- If a pricing error occurs on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
Shipping & delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm AEST on the same business day. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Pretty Little Lash Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & refunds
We offer a 14-day return period on most items. To be eligible, products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Change-of-mind returns are accepted subject to our returns process. We do not accept returns on opened adhesives, primers, or other liquids for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not limited by these Terms.

Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies you have under the ACL that cannot be excluded by law.
Product use & safety
Our products are intended for use by trained lash technicians or informed consumers. By purchasing you confirm that you understand how to use lash extension products safely and accept responsibility for correct application. Always perform a patch test before use. Pretty Little Lash Supplies is not liable for adverse reactions caused by incorrect use, improper application, or failure to follow product instructions.
Discount codes & promotions
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed
- Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise
- Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time
- Codes intended for first-time customers may not be used by existing customers

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, photography, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Pretty Little Lash Supplies. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
