Shipping Policy

Shipping

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekend and public holidays) after receiving your order. Orders placed before 2pm (QLD time), will be posted same day. You will receive a confirmation email, followed by another notification when your order has been shipped with the tracking number.

For simple flat rate shipping: All shipping is processed at a standard flat rate of $11, express orders are $15. All orders over $400 are free shipping.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is currently not available at the moment.

Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free pickup on the Gold Coast. After placing your order and selecting local pickup during checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup with 2-6 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your delivery. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.  All orders are shipped using Australia Post.

If you haven't received your order with 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@prettylittlelashsupplies.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
